1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, registering, or otherwise using the 1xbe platform at 1xbe.asia, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. Your acceptance of these Terms is a condition of your continued access to and use of the 1xbe platform.
These Terms apply to all areas of the 1xbe platform, including but not limited to the live casino, slot games, bingo, sports betting, and all account management functions. These Terms are to be read in conjunction with the 1xbe Privacy Policy and the 1xbe Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.
1xbe reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes. Continued use of the 1xbe platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2Eligibility
Use of the 1xbe platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the platform:
- You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. The minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines, as governed by applicable Philippine law and regulatory guidelines, is 21 years. 1xbe strictly enforces this requirement.
- You must be a natural person capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Philippine law.
- You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
- You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register administered by 1xbe or any regulatory authority with jurisdiction over the platform.
- You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or immediate family member of 1xbe or any of its affiliated entities, subsidiaries, game providers, or business partners.
3Account Registration and Management
3.1 Registration
To access the full features of the 1xbe platform, you must register a personal account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number or email address, and any other information requested for identity verification purposes.
3.2 One Account Policy
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active 1xbe account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. 1xbe reserves the right to close all accounts associated with a single individual if multiple accounts are detected, and to void any winnings or balances associated with those accounts.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 1xbe account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must notify 1xbe immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. 1xbe shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account that results from your failure to maintain credential security.
3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)
1xbe is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and responsible gaming obligations. You agree to provide supporting documentation, including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine identification card, proof of address, and source of funds documentation, when requested by 1xbe. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restriction of withdrawals or suspension of the account.
4Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
1xbe accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, and other Philippine payment methods as listed in the platform's cashier section. Minimum deposit amounts are specified in the platform at the time of transaction. All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
- Your account must have passed full KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the 1xbe account holder.
- Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified in the cashier section of the platform and are subject to change.
- 1xbe targets same-day processing for verified accounts. Actual processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and the time of the request.
- 1xbe reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for the purposes of security checks, fraud prevention, or regulatory compliance.
4.3 Currency
All transactions on the 1xbe platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. 1xbe does not guarantee any foreign exchange rates for transactions initiated in other currencies.
5Gambling Rules and Game Conduct
All games available on the 1xbe platform are operated in accordance with each game's individual rules, which are displayed within the game interface before play commences. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.
- Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the system, it is binding and cannot be changed or cancelled.
- In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round may be voided and stakes returned at 1xbe's discretion.
- 1xbe's decisions regarding disputed game outcomes are final, subject to review by the applicable regulatory authority in cases of demonstrated system error.
- The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages based on certified game mathematics. Actual outcomes in individual sessions may vary significantly from published RTPs.
- Sports betting results are determined by official results from the relevant governing body of the sport. 1xbe's decision on the settlement of sports bets is final in all cases where the official result is confirmed.
6Bonuses and Promotions
From time to time, 1xbe offers bonuses, free bets, free spins, and other promotional incentives to registered users. All promotions are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits applicable to bonus-derived winnings. The following general bonus terms apply:
- Bonus offers are available only to users who meet the eligibility criteria specified in the individual promotion terms.
- Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and may only be converted to withdrawable funds upon satisfaction of the applicable wagering requirement.
- 1xbe reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice.
- Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate a promotional offer — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, bonus stacking without eligibility, or collusive wagering — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
- Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified for each promotion. Unused bonus funds will expire at the end of the promotional period.
7Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 1xbe platform and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to applicable law enforcement authorities:
- Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with 1xbe.
- Using the platform for any purpose that violates applicable Philippine law, including money laundering or fraud.
- Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, glitches, or undocumented features of the 1xbe platform for financial gain.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a manner that confers an unfair advantage.
- Engaging in collusive play, chip dumping, match-fixing, or any other form of cheating in multiplayer or live dealer environments.
- Sharing your account credentials with any other person or allowing any third party to access or use your 1xbe account.
- Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behavior toward 1xbe staff, live dealers, or other players via any in-platform communication channel.
8Responsible Gaming
1xbe is committed to promoting responsible gaming for all Filipino players. We provide the following responsible gaming tools, available directly from your account dashboard:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your 1xbe account.
- Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds for a defined period, after which play will be automatically suspended for the remainder of that period.
- Session Time Reminders: Automated alerts that notify you of elapsed playing time during a session.
- Cooling-Off Period: A temporary account suspension of 24 hours to 6 weeks, during which you cannot deposit or place bets.
- Self-Exclusion: A permanent or long-term account closure option for players who believe they need to stop gambling entirely.
Limits that restrict gambling activity take effect immediately upon setting. 9Intellectual Property
All content on the 1xbe platform, including but not limited to the 1xbe brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software code, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of 1xbe or its licensed third-party providers. All rights are reserved.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 1xbe platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, publish, or commercially exploit any content from the 1xbe platform without the prior written consent of 1xbe.
10Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 1xbe's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your 1xbe account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
1xbe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if 1xbe has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
1xbe does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, network disruptions, or third-party infrastructure issues may result in temporary unavailability of all or part of the platform. 1xbe shall not be liable for losses caused by such interruptions.
11Account Suspension and Termination
1xbe reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for any illegal purpose.
- Determination that the account holder does not meet the minimum age requirement of 21 years.
- Reasonable suspicion that the account is being operated by or on behalf of a third party.
- Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder or a regulatory directive requiring exclusion.
Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds and any funds under investigation) will be returned to the account holder via the registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.
12Amendments to These Terms
1xbe may amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 1xbe will notify registered users via email or in-platform notification. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notification. Your continued use of the 1xbe platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure with return of any eligible balance as described in Section 11.
13Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
In the event of a dispute between you and 1xbe, you are encouraged to contact our customer support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. If informal resolution is not possible, the dispute may be escalated to the applicable regulatory authority with oversight over 1xbe's operations in the Philippines.
