- Gaming activity logs: Retained for three (3) years from the date of each session, or longer where required for dispute resolution or regulatory purposes.
- Customer support records: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the last interaction.

10Children's Privacy
The 1xbe platform is strictly for adults. The minimum age to register and use the 1xbe platform is 21 years in accordance with Philippine law and applicable gaming regulations. 1xbe does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.
If we discover or are notified that an account has been registered by a person under 21 years of age, we will immediately suspend the account, void any outstanding balances in accordance with our Terms & Conditions, and permanently delete all personal data associated with that account. If you believe a minor may have registered an account on 1xbe, please notify us immediately via the contact details in Section 13.
11Third-Party Links
The 1xbe platform may contain links to third-party websites or services (for example, links to game provider information pages or payment partner portals). These third-party sites operate under their own privacy policies, and 1xbe is not responsible for their data handling practices. 12Changes to This Privacy Policy
1xbe reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or regulatory guidance.
